A living room, kitchen or dining room that can accommodate a dozen people to make the presentation and another room like a bedroom for confidential sales.

As our demonstrations are friendly, fun and professional, your guests will not be disappointed. All will spend an unforgettable evening. It is also possible to organize an evening between couple. If you want to receive your order at your home. There are charges of delivery of $5.95.

How is the reception of my purchases?

We try to deliver your purchases the same evening. In the event that it’s impossible. Your hostess will receive a discreet and individually packaged for each orders within 2-5 days after your evening. There is no extra charge.

Will all the guests know what I bought?

No, usually, purchases are made in a totally confidential way, in a room reserved for this purpose.
Your products will be delivered to you in an opaque bag.

What type of payment do you accept at the presentations?

How many participants must I have?

We recommend a minimum of 10 people for a better atmosphere. Evenings with friends are usually more successful than couple evenings. Keep in mind that often, There’s always a few people that
have unexpected and cannot attend your evening, so it's always best to invite more people. In the event you have several cancellations of last minutes, do not hesitate to contact your  consultant to discuss it whit her. You can then replace the evening at a later date which would be more appropriate to your guests.

Should I leave the tip?

Our consultants are paid by Commission on the total amount of the sale of the evening. She will animate your evening and make sure you spend an unforgettable evening;

Is there a minimum required purchase?

Every participant is free to make purchases or not. However, the total amount of sales of the evening
will determine the value of gifts offered to the hostess or the amount raised during a fundraiser.

What are the fees to book a demonstration with La Fée du Plaisir ?

How long lasts a demonstration at home?

A Presentation lasts an average of 3 hours. But it can vary depending of the Group; (More the group is important, more there are interactions…, questions, games, shopping)

Does La Fée du Plaisir accept returns?

For sanitary purposes, all sales are final. When you receive your package, be sure to check the items to make sure they are working. We will provide a refund for or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 14 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.

In your return package please include:

  • The original packing slip
  • A note telling us what the problem was
  • A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.

Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. Refunds will be applied to your payment account.

All items are shipped from our Montreal’s Warehouse, and shipping is charged by a flat rate by weight of package. Larger, heavier items will cost more to ship than smaller, lighter weight items. Grouping items together will lower your per-item costs for shipping. The same applies for North America and worldwide.
